Course content

Intervertebral disc protrusion, spondylolisthesis, problems after spinal surgery, spondylarthrosis, m. Scheuermann and others. Surely you also encounter the fact that the spine tends to be damaged in several segments at once, especially in the lumbar and cervical spine. In this thematic course, you will learn about the negative effects on each segment and how to treat them with exercises and manual techniques. You will extend your knowledge of the details of exercises appropriate and inappropriate for specific diagnoses and learn how to proceed when performing them. You will find training sets for the above difficulties in the Spiralista app. We will talk about the most common causes of acute and chronic spinal disorders. You will extend your knowledge of the types of manual techniques using the suspension system for different spinal injuries. The course has Part A, which lasts 2 days and includes 16 teaching hours on the lumbar spine, and Part B, which lasts 16 teaching hours and includes topics on the cervical and thoracic spine.
