X-rays are not taken at our center. Before rehabilitation, a large X-ray format must be taken at the appropriate clinic. We recommend the Bulovka Hospital (8:00-12:00), the Diagnostic Centre of the Hořovice Hospital in Stodůlky (7:00-15:30) or the Motol Hospital (7:30-14:30) -where we send mainly children because of the lower radiation.

Yes, first make an appointment with our doctor, who will file your health card and issue a referral for an X-ray. X-ray examinations are not carried out at our center, so you need to pick up the referral from the reception before the examination, then go to the relevant department for the X-ray examination and finally bring the CD with your X-ray image to our reception. Here we will file your health card, copy your X-ray image from the CD and return the CD to you.

Medical stays take place only in our Smíšek Rehacentrum in Prague.

It always depends on the health problems of the individual patient. In most cases, it is preferable that he/she undergoes rehabilitation at the place where he/she is staying. However, if the patient manages to attend on an outpatient basis, he or she can stay outside of our rehabilitation center or commute.

It is possible, but not a requirement. We have a total of 4 double rooms available if there is free capacity. The price of a single room with breakfast is CZK 1,250 / night. The price of a double room with breakfast is CZK 2,000 / night.

The medical stay package includes an initial examination, exercises and manual therapy.

The length of the medical stay is usually 5 days - Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extension.

Yes, you can, but the prerequisite is that you have completed the 1ABCD introductory course. You can then choose the sequence of courses as it suits you.

Yes, we strongly recommend it, because the parent learns the exercises suitable for their child and then it is the parent who exercises with the child at home.

Yes, we have courses for children with scoliosis, and we also have regular group exercises designed for children. Courses usually take place at weekends, group exercises for children are held every odd Monday 5:30 - 6:00 pm.

It is also suitable for people with disc protrusion, scoliosis, damaged knees, shoulders or hips. It also serves as a preventive measure for healthy individuals and athletes.

An examination using the Spiral Spinal Stabilization method costs CZK 2,000. Rehabilitation costs CZK 1,200 / hour.

The insurance company (except VZP 111) covers only the basic medical examination (i.e., the filing of medical records - personal data, medical history, family, work, sports, personal). The Spiral Stabilization Method examination is an above-standard examination that is not reimbursed by the insurance company, as well as the subsequent rehabilitation.

Every patient who comes to us for rehabilitation must be examined by a doctor (must have X-rays or MRI or CT scans), then the doctor makes a rehabilitation plan and recommends exercises that should help solve the problem. The patient then comes to regular rehabilitation sessions, exercises and also manual techniques if needed.
