What are the functional muscle chains in our body? How do they work, which ones do we tend to overload, and which ones tend to become weak? In this course, detailed functional anatomy is combined with explanation in movement. Vertical and spiral muscle chains will be discussed in multiple layers and in the context of exercises. We will demonstrate how to apply knowledge of functional anatomy for treatment, prevention, recovery, and sport.
