Course content

This course is designed for adult patients with scoliosis. Before taking this course, we recommend completing the Introduction Course for Patients. In this course you will learn corrections for your specific scoliosis. You will review the basic exercises and learn the additional elements needed to address the muscular imbalances that accompany your spinal curvature. We will also demonstrate what coordinated walking looks like. The course lasts 4 hours.
